1. Definitions

• “Company” refers to Bike Rent Wale, located at Outside Head Post Office, Station Rd, Near Janta Sweet Home, Rishi Shivraj Market, Opposite Railway Reservation Office, Ratanada, Jodhpur, Rajasthan 342001.
• “User/You” refers to any individual who uses our services or website.
• “Bike(s)” refers to the vehicles rented out by the Company.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to rent a bike from us.
• A valid government-issued driving license is mandatory.
• You must provide valid identification proof (e.g., Aadhar Card, Passport).

3. Booking and Payment

• Booking is confirmed upon successful payment.
• Payment can be made through cash, UPI, or a credit/debit card.
• Rental charges include the base rental fee and applicable taxes.
• Any security deposit required will be refunded after the bike is returned in good condition.

4. Rental Period

• The rental period is calculated from the time the bike is picked up to when it is returned.
• Late returns will incur additional charges as per the Company’s policies.

5. User Responsibilities

• The user must handle the bike responsibly and comply with all traffic laws.
• The bike must not be used for:
  • Racing or stunts.
  • Illegal activities.
  • Overloading or carrying hazardous goods.
• Any damage caused during the rental period will be the user’s responsibility.
• Users must notify the Company immediately in case of an accident or mechanical issue.

6. Bike Condition

• The bike will be provided in good condition with all necessary documents.
• Users are required to inspect the bike before taking it and report any pre-existing damage.
• Upon return, the bike must be in the same condition as when it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start time will incur a cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for early returns.

8. Liability and Insurance

• Users are liable for any damage, theft, or loss of the bike during the rental period.
• The Company provides basic insurance for the bike, but it may not cover all damages. Additional insurance coverage is the user’s responsibility.
• The Company is not liable for any injury, death, or property damage caused during the rental period.

9. Termination of Service

• The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and repossess the bike if:
  • False information is provided.
  • The user violates these Terms and Conditions.
  • The bike is used inappropriately or illegally.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bike Rent Wale harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
• Users agree to resolve disputes amicably before seeking legal remedies.

12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
